O’Brien House was established in 1971 to serve adults recovering from substance abuse. The center was named for Paul S. “Pat” O’Brien, who spent 53 years of his life working with and educating the public about the disease of alcoholism.

Jennifer Thomas Named Chair of the Administrative Law Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association

The Administrative Law Section provides a forum for study and discussion of administrative law issues arising under the laws of Louisiana and of the United States.
