Kean Miller is pleased to welcome:
J. Mark Miller

Mark joined as a partner in our Shreveport office and practices with the business and estate planning groups. Mark has 23 years of experience representing clients in corporate transactions, business formations, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, successions, estate planning, and litigation matters.  He earned his B.S. from Louisiana State University – Shreveport in 1994 and earned his J.D. from the LSU Law Center in 1997. After law school, Mark served as a judicial law clerk for the 14th Judicial District Court in Calcasieu Parish.

Lauren A. Guichard

Lauren joined as an associate in the New Orleans office and practices with the offshore energy and marine litigation group.  She earned her B.A. from Millsaps College in 2010 and her M.B.A. from Millsaps College of Else School of Management in 2011. Lauren earned her J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law in 2014, where she was a member of the Loyola Law Review and was inducted into The Order of Barristers.

Adrienne M. Wood

Adrienne joined as an associate in the Baton Rouge office and practices with the toxic tort, occupational exposure, and commercial litigation groups. She earned her B.A. from Louisiana State University in 2015 and earned her J.D./D.C.L. from the LSU Law Center in 2018.

Kayla C. Bourgeois

Kayla joined as an associate in the Baton Rouge office and practices with the energy and environmental litigation group. She earned her B.A. from Louisiana State University in 2016 and earned her J.D./D.C.L. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2019.

Z. Ambrose Stearns, Jr.

Ambrose joined as an associate in the Lafayette office and practices with the offshore energy and marine litigation group. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Dallas in 2014 and earned his J.D./D.C.L. from the LSU Law Center in 2019. During law school, Ambrose was an extern with Judge John deGravelles in the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana and later with the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Middle District of Louisiana. 

Annie C. Lemelin

Annie joined as an associate in the New Orleans office and practices with the energy and environmental litigation group. She earned her B.A. from Colgate University in 2009 and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 2013. Annie earned her LL.M. from McGill University Faculty of Law in 2014.
