About Ben Jumonville

Ben Jumonville practices in the business and corporate group. He assists clients across a diverse range of industries with complex and day-to-day transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, employment agreements, lease agreements, procurement and construction agreements, and organizational documents.  Ben has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America as a One to Watch from 2021 through 2023. In the community, Ben serves on the Board of Directors of the Charles W. Lamar Jr. YMCA and formerly served as the co-chair of the Business and Corporate Section of the Baton Rouge Bar Association.

Ben earned his J.D./D.C.L. from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2015, where he was Senior Associate of the Louisiana Law Review and received the CALI Award for the highest grade in Legal Research & Writing. He earned his B.S. in International Trade & Finance from Louisiana State University in 2012.

About Chauvin Kean

Chauvin Kean practices in the offshore energy and marine litigation group. His practice focuses on admiralty and maritime litigation and general and commercial litigation. Chauvin has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America as a One to Watch from 2021 through 2023 and Louisiana Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for 2022. He was recognized by New Orleans CityBusiness as “One to Watch in Law” for 2022. In the community, Chauvin serves as a member of the NextGen Council for Greater New Orleans, Inc.

Chauvin earned his J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2015, where he was Managing Editor of the Loyola Journal of Public Interest Law. He also participated in the Loyola Moot Court Program and was an oralist for the 2013-14 Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Team. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Millsaps College in 2010 and his M.B.A. from Else School of Management Millsaps College in 2011.
